Shipping and returns policy

Shipping

The shipping process begins as soon as your online purchase is completed, your payment is approved, your item is produced, and the shipping address is verified.

We ship orders only on business days Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you have selected and the location of your delivery address.

While making your order please specify only one shipping address since we don’t provide shipping to multiple addresses.

Shipping cost

We are pleased to offer flat shipping rates. Please choose your preferred shipping method at checkout and the shipping charge will be added to your order.

Order tracking

Within 1-7 business days after you complete your order you will receive shipment confirmation email with your order’s tracking number. Due to variety of carriers we use the possibility to track your order may vary from carrier to carrier and very rare cases may not be available with the particular carrier.

Returns policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Fastprint LTD is pleased to offer 15 days returns policy for full-price merchandise and sale items shipped within the Ukraine for free. You have to give back the item to the shipping company within 15 calendar days since receiving your order otherwise your purchase will not be refunded.

This means you can return the unused, unworn (no makeup signs, other type of stains, odor, etc), in good condition. Items that is found to be worn or damaged can’t be accepted.

You can return items purchased through kalendari.fastprint.ua. Items purchased through any physical retail shops or wholesale partners have to be returned to them accordingly.

For items damaged during shipment please get in touch with our customer support immediately kalendari@fastprint.ua. We will replace your items (subject to availability) or send you a refund as soon as we can at no charge to you after you return the damaged item to us using our free return service for all orders.

Your return will be processed with 5 business days after arrival at our warehouse. You will receive and email with the refund total when the return is complete. In a few additional business days from this date the refund will be applied to your account. The refunds can be issued to the credit/debit card you used to purchase.

The shipping costs paid for the delivery are not returned.
